Mindanao mall goes solar

As published on Malaya's Business Insight MRC Allied Inc. has signed a memorandum of agreement for the development, design, construction, installation of at least 1.1 megawatts of solar photovoltaic rooftop system for a mall located in Mindanao area. The company did not identify the mall but said the project will cost P67.4 million where MRC Allied will become project developer and owner of the solar facility while the mall will become the off-taker of the electricity produced.
